Q: I am worried I’m not “fit EnOUGH” to take part in class.
We mean it when we say that our classes will meet you where you’re at. Yes, we are here to challenge you, but we offer options for every exercise so that all fitness levels feel successful!
Q: Will I lose weight by training with LL4W?
Maybe, maybe not. We aren’t going to sell you empty promises or quick fixes. Weight depends on many factors. What we can guarantee is that if you commit to working with us you will become stronger, you will move better and you will feel healthier. The responsibility to show up is on you, but you can guarantee that when you do, the coaches and the rest of the LL family have your back and will support you!
Q: Why do you run sessions and i can’t carry over classes?
For our business model to be sustainable, this is how we run things. Under no exceptions can an investment in a session be carried over to the next. If life happens and you can’t use up your classes, you are welcome to contact us and pass along your spot to a friend.
q: how do I book IN for my classes?
A week before the session starts you will get access to our booking system. Here you will be able to book in for any training time you’d like.
Q: Are there refunds if I sign up and it’s not for me?
We do not offer refunds.
Q: how can I connect with the ll community outside of class?
Lucky for you we have a private FB group and we love to host gatherings and fun outside of fitness! ;) These are women who will inspire and support you outside of class, so you will have the opportunity to connect, of course if you wish!
